380 Rector Street was a renovation project for two bedroom apartment in Manhattan. We tried to provide a whole different feeling of the apartment with a minimum change of the structure. The main change includes opening up the kitchen and introducing island table extended from the sink, moving the wall between the living room and the Master Bedroom to increase the living room space and install full height bookshelf, and opening up the space in between the Master Bedroom and the Bathroom.
